Welcome to the Sacred Wellness Association, a 508A Non-Profit Organization dedicated to empowering individuals through holistic healing, education, and community building. Our mission is to foster a deeper understanding of earth-based medicines, holistic health practices, and personal development opportunities across the United States.

Mission and Vision

At Sacred Wellness Association, we are committed to:

• Holistic Healing: Educating and guiding individuals in natural and integrative health practices to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

• Mentorship and Entrepreneurship: Providing mentorship programs and resources to support personal growth, entrepreneurial endeavors, and alternative funding opportunities.

• Cultural Enrichment: Offering platforms for artistic expression and musical exploration to enrich cultural appreciation and personal creativity.

• Community Building: Establishing venues nationwide for members to connect, network, and learn in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Our private membership organization is open to individuals aged 18 and above, regardless of ethnicity or faith. By becoming a member, you'll gain access to exclusive events, educational resources, and a supportive community dedicated to holistic well-being and personal development.

Venue Locations

The Chronic Lounge OKC is a venue that is utilized by the Private Membership Association.  Non-Members of Sacred Wellness Association cannot attend events at the Chronic Lounge or other venues hosted by Sacred Wellness Association.

Bylaws of Sacred Wellness Association

Article I: Name and Purpose

Name: Sacred Wellness Association
Purpose: Holistic healing, education, community development, mentorship, entrepreneurship, arts and music

Article II: Membership

Eligibility: Open to individuals 18+
Application Process: Membership application and fee payment
Rights: Access to events, voting rights in meetings

Article III: Board of Directors

Roles: Carri Lawrence-Co-President, Wally Lawrence- Co-President, Vivian Adams-Secretary, Deangelo Johnson-Treasurer

Article IV: Meetings

Annual meetings for members
Quarterly board meetings

Article V: Finances

General Membership Dues: $10 per month

Corporate Membership Dues: $100 per month

VIP Membership Dues: $200 per month

*Details on membership will be available at your first event you attend

Financial audits: Annual

Process for amending bylaws

 Terms and Conditions of Membership

• Members agree to uphold the organization’s mission and values.

• Membership fees are non-refundable and will be paid at your first event.

• Members consent to abide by the association’s bylaws and policies.

• Liability Waiver: Members agree to release Sacred Wellness Association from any claims resulting from participation in activities.

• Privacy: Members’ information will not be shared outside the organization without consent.

• All members will receive a temporary membership card upon attending the first event and paying their membership dues to join.  Levels to membership are being developed and will roll out to our membership.
